Every family has vital information such as birth certificates and insurance policies that must be stored. Have you experienced the hair-pulling, nerve-wracking frustration of trying to find an important record when you need it on short notice?

Where are your important family papers and records? Are they in the safe deposit box, at the attorney's office, in a dresser drawer, in the file cabinet in the den, under the mattress, scattered here and there -- or don't you know for sure?

Then who does know? Who should know? Who must know to keep the family running smoothly from day to day and in the event of an emergency?
