Siberian Iris
Iris sibirica

Siberian iris grows to about 2-3 feet and blooms in May and June. Siberian iris is native to moist bog soils and so it prefers sun to partial sun sites that are fertile and evenly moist. It will tolerate poor, dry sites but growth will not be as good. Siberian iris prefers to be left undisturbed and is less susceptible to soft rot and iris borer than bearded iris. Cultivars to look for include 'Caesar's Brother', 'Little White' and 'Sea Shadows'.

Zones 3-9
