Pumpkin Pie Squares
Ingredients:
- 1 cup flour
- ½ cup quick oats
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup margarine
- 1 (16-ounce) can pumpkin
- 1 (13-ounce) can evaporated skim milk
- 2 eggs
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ginger
- ¼ teaspoon cloves
Directions:
- Combine first 4 ingredients until crumbly.
- Press into an ungreased 9" x 13" pan.
- Bake 15 minutes at 350°F.
- Mix all remaining ingredients and pour on top of first baked
layer.
- Bake 35 minutes at 350°F.
- Cut into 12 squares.
