If you have trouble getting your grandkids to eat fruit, try this
shake recipe for a quick breakfast or snack.
Strawberry Shake
(makes 2 servings)
Ingredients:
1 cup low-fat milk
1 cup sliced strawberries
3 Tbsps. frozen orange juice concentrate
½ tsp. vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a blender.
2. Cover and blend until smooth.
3. Serve immediately.
