Try these fun, but healthy, Halloween treats.

Jack ‘o Lantern Sandwich
Lay a slice of cheddar cheese on top of a piece of whole-wheat bread. On a second slice of whole-wheat bread, cut out a face shape. Lay this slice on top of the cheese for a fun sandwich.

Witches’ Brew
Mix together 12 oz. orange juice concentrate, one gallon cranberry juice, and one gallon apple juice or cider.
