Dress Codes
Dress codes are legal guidelines that an organization uses
for their employees. They are needed for the following reasons:
- Safety and hygiene- Protective clothing such as steel-toed boots,
helmet, hairnets, clean nails, non-flammable uniforms.
- Health- Prevent harm from bacteria and germs.
- Identification- For service and assistance, identifiable.
- Image- Conservative, honest, efficient.
