Purpose	To assist the committee as it conducts its business, reports to the club and completes its work.
Success Criteria	Effectively functioning committee conducts business, presents report to club and completes tasks.
Responsibilities	Help define the goals of the committee. Help chair in building a sense of teamwork in the group. Assist committee as they conduct meetings. Provide information about related county events/activities. Assist committee in preparing report for the club. Assist committee as it completes tasks. Help committee evaluate work of group.
Target Dates	Time during the duration of the existence of the committee. Time to meet before, after, or between club business meetings.
