Sweet Woodruff
Gallium odoratum

A rapidly spreading perennial groundcover that prefers a cool, moist shady location for best appearance. Grows 6–8 inches tall and has white flowers in late spring. Attractive foliage that emits a “new mown hay” fragrance. Useful as an edging plant in a shaded border. Zones 4-8.
