Ag Facts

Irrigated agriculture grows 1/3 of Earth's crop harvest & 1/2 the value of all crops harvested on 1/6 of Earth's cropland. 1/3 of our food crop is grown on 125 million acres of irrigated ag's best land (four percent of Earth's cropland). Sixty percent of all grain is grown under irrigation.
